Terms & Conditions for the Aikido Club 13 App

1. General
   These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the mobile application Aikido Club 13 (the “App”), provided by IT’S A WRAP AB / Joachim von Rost (“We”, “Us” or “the Provider”), Björngårdsgatan 15, Stockholm, Sweden.
   By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Content and Purpose of the Service
   The App provides information about Aikido, including videos of techniques, tsuzukiwaza, grading criteria, and related material (including films featuring Morihei Ueshiba, Koichi Tohei, and Kenjiro Yoshigasaki).
   The content is intended to support and inspire practitioners and interested persons. We strive to keep the information up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or always current.
3. User Responsibilities

• You use the App at your own risk.
• Aikido is a physical activity. You are solely responsible for your own health, any injuries and for having appropriate insurance.
• You may not use the material for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify or publicly display videos, texts or other material without permission.
• You may not attempt to hack, disrupt or otherwise misuse the App.

1. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content in the App (texts, videos, images, logos, design, etc.) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
   You may view and use the material for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
2. Personal Data and Privacy
   The App does not collect personal data.
   We process technical data in accordance with applicable legislation (including the GDPR). Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
3. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages, losses or inconveniences arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to technical errors, interruptions, viruses or inaccurate information.
• We are not responsible for third-party content or external links.
• Aikido practice is undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries arising during training or as a result of following advice or techniques shown in the videos.

1. Availability and Changes
   We strive to keep the App available but may at any time modify, restrict or discontinue the service without prior notice.
   We may update these Terms. We will publish the latest version in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Governing Law and Disputes
   Swedish law governs these Terms. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiation. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
